On check-out day, please ensure that you collect your dog between 9:00am and 12:00am. A late pick-up fee will apply after 11:00am without exception. 

The prices apply on number of nights. All dogs will be weighed upon arrival to confirm the booking detail. Additional payment will be required if the dog size/weight is larger than the booking detail provided.

All dogs are provided with their own private room, unless they are from the same family and the owner wish to keep them stay together. We will allocate the best suited room for your dogs according to their size, behaviour, activity requirement, how they get along with their neighbours, etc..

We will also keep some spare indoor rooms so that in extreme weather condition we can move all the dogs to indoor climate controlled kennels.

However, the owner cannot select a specific room type for their dog as some times we may move the dog to a differnt room during its stay, when we feel that the original room is not bested suited for that dog.

We accept Bank Transfer for a  booking order. To effectuate the booking order please make payment by the due date specified in the booking summary sent to you via email.

Payment for grooming services, late pick-up fee, and purchase of any retail products can be made by cash or card on check-out day. ( 1.2% extra service fee will apply for purchase by cards)

Dogs must have an minimum  C5 vaccination to be current in the last 12 months. Proof of current vaccinations must be shown at check-in day. If you are not sure whether the vaccination date is overdue, please contact you vet to check your dog’s record.

Yes. Flea and worming treatment must be administered before entering the kennels. A one-time portion should be brought along to boarding if the worming treatment will be due during its stay.

If any sign of infection is detected on your dog during its stay, we will provide worming treatment at your cost.

We use a selective range of premium dry food, including but not limited to Black Hawks, Taste of the Wild and Royal Caine. As toppings, we provide natural dog loaf, fresh meat, canned food and fresh or dried vegetables.

Yes, we would accommodate your special Dietary Requirements without extra charge. If you would like to bring your own dog food, please mark the dog’s name on the container.

Generally once to twice a day according to owner’s instruction at booking, we can increase the feeding times for junior dogs.

We can help feed the  medication for your dog with no extra cost.

Please ensure you have seperate container for each type of medication, and clear labels of medication name and administration detail on the container.

However, we cannot assist treatment where injection is required.

Please bring the dog’s own bed from home, however we don’t take any responsibility if it gets damaged. We can provide complimentary mats, blankets and dog cushions if needed. And we recommend that your dog wear a collar with some sort of identification.

You don’t need to bring any treats, we provide complementry treats between meals.

All dogs will be provided with private outdoor relaxation area for them to have a leisurely stroll around, and daily exercise time in one of our many green-grassed exercise yards, alone or in a group.

To join a small group activity, we need to assess the individual dog’s behaviour towards the other dogs, and the owner’s permission must be provided at booking.

Yes, we provide grooming services for dogs up to 30 kg. You can tick the check box of “Apply for a grooming service”, after filling in the dog detail on the booking page.

However, booking has to be confirmed seperately by email based on availability.

Inspections are by appointment and on the weekends only (Unavailable on any public holidays). Please email the office ([email protected]) to arrange a time.

Cancellations must be made in writing 14 days prior to commencement of booking for a full refund to be issued (Bank Transfer).  Cancellations after this time are strictly non-refundable. Extreme circumstances may be considered for a full or partial refund on a case-by-case basis.

All other times

Full payment is refundable given cancellation is made at least 3 days prior to the commencement of booking.
